English Day 2024

On September 26th, 2024, Ave Maria Convent, Negombo, hosted its annual English Day celebration, a vibrant event dedicated to showcasing students’ talents and promoting English language skills. The ceremony was graced by the presence of the esteemed Chief Guest, Rev. Fr. Gemunu Dias, the General Manager of Catholic Schools. His presence added immense value and motivation for the young participants. The students performed an array of literary and artistic presentations, including speeches, poetry recitations, and musical performances. These events celebrated the richness of English literature and provided the students with a platform to express themselves creatively and confidently.
